I am grateful that I can share with you my life passion of teaching how to take more control of your life through personal health and happiness. As we create personal health we have the ability to radiate this to others in our circles of family,  friends and community. Healthy communities help create global health, happiness and peace. 

Summer has been busy, so my apologies for delayed newsletter. Lots of swimming, biking, potlucks, friends, music festivals and a great garden – take a look at this giant squash!

To date this one squash has fed about 10 families as soup, baked and pie. We have had plentiful kale and chard to share – and dehydrating some of those great greens for winter use.
