Hi, Im taking VS-C to get rid of the herpes virus i have. Can you tell me how long i should take the VS-C tablets for. Ive just started them a few days ago.

To have a long term effect, i.e. rid the body of the virus, a rule of thumb in both western and Chinese natural medicine is 3 months minimum, plus one month for each year of chronic condition.
Many of my clients find they keep outbreaks at bay with a smaller daily dosage – different for everyone, so you may have to play with this to determine your optimum. Ar first sign of an outbreak – tingling, etc. double whatever you are doing and it will often prevent it.
