Is Your Immune System Out Of Balance? Inflammation?

THE ROUTE OF ALL DISEASE

  • Inflammation is created by your immune system
  • Acute or Chronic inflammation is an out of balance immune system
  • Learn how can you balance the immune system quickly, effectively and naturally

What is Inflammation?

Your immune system’s response to damage from threatening elements or triggers is inflammation.

Whenever your body is subject to threatening elements or triggers, it may counter these attacks with inflammation, which is one of the body’s normal defence mechanisms.

When your cells or body is injured or deficient  for whatever reason, the immune system-inflammatory response moves immediately into action.  White blood cells rush to the scene of the damage  and begin  to destroy the damaged cells or invaders, while sending out chemical signals for help.

The body may produce histadine, fibrinogen, bradykinins and other chemicals as a result of these signals. All play their role (such as fibrinogen helping to clot blood).

Inflammatory processes can become counter-productive when these are over-produced or do not  stop once the healing is accomplished. This can result in over-active or hyper immunity.

In summary: In a healthy person, the inflammatory process rids the body of this damaged, toxic or -weak  tissue. When this is process is continuous,  a chronic inflammatory process can result.  That is called chronic inflammation.

Inflammation – the good, the bad, the ugly

When it works as it’s supposed to, inflammation is good for your health – it’s a needed response to an negative. When the body fails to “turn off” the immune system – inflammation switch, it goes into an “always on” state. At this point, it’s out of balance, and your immune system has lost its ability to distinguish healthy tissues from diseased tissues and may start to attack healthy cells.

The other side of imbalance is when an overworked inflammatory response results in an under-active system and it is unable to offer any defence.

Inflammation  can exist anywhere in your body, including multiple sites at the same time. The symptoms often are those of continuing aches, soreness, fatigue, depression, hormone imbalances,  swelling and stiffness wherever it’s happening in the body.

When in balance, inflammation is the body’s own natural method of eliminating or reducing the stress from physical, chemical or toxic imbalances. Inflammation includes heat, fever,  loss of fluid, swelling, edema, allergies, tissue damage, muscle pain, joint pain and stiffness. Your immune system is at the root of all inflammation.

Cholesterol and Heart Health

For example, current research believes inflammation, not high cholesterol, contributes to plaque formation in blood vessels, as well as the formation of blood clots and heart attack or stroke or heart disease.    Dr. Stephen Sinatra (cardiologist) & Dr. John Bowden (Nutritionist)   informed that high cholesterol is not the culprit;  so DO continue eating those good fats like butter, cream, eggs, beef, cheese, avocados and shrimp. This part of keto diet reminds me of the Dr. Atkin’s healthy heart approach more than 30 years ago. At the time he was highly ridiculed, even though his results with his patients were impressive.

Current and past studies that have been suppressed to not interfere with the  cholesterol lowering drug marketing myth. Linking  heart disease to stress, inflammation and a diet high in carbohydrate rich foods that convert to sugar in the body have been ignored for decades by the big pharma medical model.

Lorene Benoit’s approach to this is to increase better fats like olive, coconut, borage, omega 3‘s, chia seed, flax oils and not overdo the animal fats. If you ARE going to eat animal fats, do yourself a health favour and use only wild, organic or purchase from local farmers whose sites you can visit. You need to avoid the chemical contamination that comes with any animal products raised in commercial big farma factories that use GMOs, fertilizers, antibiotics, growth hormones, and over-all inhuman treatment which affects the end product, as much as you possibly can!

Cholesterol is very important for the body, especially for  the brain, hormone production and the prevention of disease.  ” The Great Cholesterol Myth, Why lowering your cholesterol won’t prevent heart disease” is one book that explains this in detail.  Summary is to stop avoiding good fats and instead eat them in moderation. Treat trans fats, refined carbs and simple sugars like the enemies that they are. Reduce the amount of processed foods you’re eating and substitute them with fresh whole foods instead.

Diet changes are important!

For a complete guide to healthy lifestyle and optimum diet, consider Lorene Benoit’s book to heal all conditions and achieve optimum Health: “The Paw Paw Program”.

Staying healthy and feeling your best every day depends on a well-functioning immune system. That’s not so easy, given the world in which we live. Our immune systems are bombarded on a daily basis by challenges.  Recognizing these can help us minimize those we can control.

The four types of inflammation triggers are:
    • Trauma or injury, (including accidents, surgery, vaccinations*, drug reactions)
    • Emotional stress
    • Toxins from inside or outside of your body
    • Nutritional Deficiencies in elements critical for life
Some specific common triggers are:
  • SUGAR AND STRESS INCREASE INFLAMMATION
  • A poor diet, which can rob our immune system of the nutrition it needs to work well.
  • The daily effects of stress from today’s high-pressured, fast-paced lifestyle that have been shown to lower immunity over time.
  • Viruses, bacteria, parasites, chemicals and pesticides that are present in our food, water, air, drugs, vaccinations, household products, EMF & 5G radiation.
  • Aging, which may be associated with a decline in immunity, making us more susceptible to the damaging effects of environmental health threats and stress.

Food & Supplement Quality

Why Bother to Supplement?

Dr. James Scala, who was a nutritional doctor for Mount Everest expeditions,  shares the statistic that over 60% of all deaths are related to poor diet. “…over 5 people in America die every 2 minutes from an illness that proper nutrition could have either prevented completely or put far into the future.”

To think that 60% of all deaths could be prevented if we only put enough nutrition into our bodies is mind boggling. In ‘developed’ countries, we have a food abundance and yet we are starving to death! How can that be? Here are 7 answers.

1. Much of the foods we eat today are empty of nutrition. We are eating too much overly processed foods, frankenstein GMO foods,  poor quality foods, and too little natural foods in proper ratios.

2. Agricultural practices have interfered with plants’ abilities to convert raw elements from the earth into bioavailable minerals and amino acids. Our plants are mineral and amino acid deficient.

3. Our society is trained to turn to medical prescriptions to solve the diseases we are becoming afflicted with. All drugs have harmful side effects that rob our immune systems from doing their job of sustaining our health.

4. We have forgotten that it is energy from the sun, from exercise, from love, from unprocessed foods with nutrients, minerals, amino acids, vitamins, essential fatty acids that will keep our bodies healthy and strong, as well as help our bodies recover from any illness we may be afflicted with. So nutrition in our present day is totally disregarded as the solution to all diseased conditions.

5. Dr. Scala stated that baby boomers may be the last generation to have increased longevity, and that their children will have a reduced average life span. He also said that with optimum nutrition, we should be living to 120 years!

6. Dr. Scala formulated the SynerPro (Synergystic Protectors) concentrate for NSP over 25 years ago, way ahead of his time. This concentrate contains broccoli, cabbage, carrot, red beet, rosemary, tomato, turmeric, grapefruit & orange bioflavonoids, and hesperidin. As detailed in Lorene Benoit’s book: The Paw Paw Program, pages 175 – 180 these phytonutrients and phytochemicals are powerhouses for healthy cells. The concentrate blend adds nutrition, energy & enhances absorption of the SynerPro B Complex and SynerPro Calcium- Magnesium.  Years after his formulations, mainstream started expounding the benefits of lycopenes in tomatoes, anti-inflammatories in turmeric, flavonoids in rosemary, etc.

7. Benoit’s 284 page book contains great wisdom on correct diet for building health, no matter what condition a person has. Her Case Studies & Testimonials answer many questions that clients have had. Recipes to start making healthier choices are found in Chapter 10.

How to Supplement?

Many people are choosing to make improved food choices, as well as supplementing their intake with vitamins, minerals, herbs and supplemental superfoods. A good decision!  But far too many people end up spending too much money on worthless supplements.

The missing factor is quality control. Not all supplements are  the same.  Diligent research and tests from independent labs such as Brunswick, show that only 15% of nutritional & herbal companies actually have in the bottle what is printed on the label. That is because 85% of all supplements on the market are made by 3rd party companies. In other words, a company takes another company’s products and sticks their own labels on it, then sells them.  There is no quality control here.

Nature’s Sunshine is second to none in quality. Our standards are so consistent that we get results. Nature’s Sunshine has more than the required certifications as they decided in 1972  to invest in quality control, in addition to research & development. Nature’s Sunshine goes so far that they make their own capsules, so they know they are free from fillers and questionable ingredients. Pure,  Potent and Proven for over 40 years.

Nature’s Sunshine does not own any farms and therefore they are in no way obligated to sell products that may be of lesser quality. Quality is never compromised because of bad crops, harvesting, drying, or storage. They are free to choose the best quality from around the world, and they do.

One example is Kelp, which comes from Nova Scotia. 600  tests are performed on this one plant before it is released for production. One of these testing procedures is Geiger counter testing for radioactivity.  All products are manufactured in the Utah state of the art manufacturing facility, where every single batch of herbs is fully tested. All test samples are kept for 6 years. Having an organic or wild crafted label means nothing if this degree of testing is not performed. NSP is above and beyond organic; it is potent!

We are very proud to  educate & distribute a product line that demonstrates such a high  level of  sincere integrity. If this message reaches you and you are not a member of Nature’s Sunshine please contact us to start to get results with your nutritional program!

Alain’s Green Goddess Dressing

This recipe is from page 245 of Lorene Benoit’s book:  The Paw Paw Program – The “Christopher Columbus” Approach to Cancer – The World IS Round and Cancer CAN Be Treated Naturally.

We have been asked to share this so many times by friends who rave about it, so here it is! It started as Lorene’s Green Goddess ‘weed’ dressing many years ago, but as Alain is now chief cook, I renamed it in my book, to honour all the support AND good food he provides on a daily basis. Good men have some Goddess in them, too!

It is an excellent dressing which can be used on salads, vegetables, grains or meats to add essential fatty acids, herbal nutrition and flavour. The apple cider vinegar or lemon juice also help pre-digest salads, like ceviche. I often suggest adding dressing 1/2 hour before – the wilting that occurs is an indicator that the cellulose is being broken down. Chapter 10 offers twenty recipes to help people get started on healthy eating, which is a major pillar of both healing and maintaining optimum health.

Alain’s Green Goddess Dressing

Basic ingredients:
• 1 cup (250 ml) cold pressed olive oil
• 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) lemon juice and/or
• 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) apple cider vinegar (pure unpasteurized)

This is the basic recipe so play with it!

What makes the dressing delicious and nutritious is the addition of as many herbs, weeds and other ingredients that your imagination, your fridge and your taste buds allow. This is what makes it your Green Goddess Dressing:
• Garlic cloves (1 – up to your tolerance)
• Onions – 2 Tbsp. to ½ cup
• 1/8 tsp. mustard powder
• Chives, oregano, marjoram, parsley, sage, rosemary or thyme. (like the song)
(Lorene sometimes adds a few fresh leaves or ½ tsp. dried of any of the following lemon balm, mint, spearmint, fennel or catnip for accent flavour.)
• Weeds such as chickweed, nettles, dandelion, sorrel greens all add vitamins, minerals and different flavours.
• Fresh greens such as kale, beet tops, spinach

For extra nutrition add miso, engevita yeast, Bragg’s aminos to taste

Preparation:
Blend at high speed until all ingredients are well liquefied.
Other options, dependent upon your food preferences, blood type and condition.

For creamier/ranch:
3 Tbsp. healthy mayonnaise (optional)
2 Tbsp. organic sour cream or yogurt (optional)

For “Thousand Island” : blend in fresh tomatoes

For Caesar: add a raw egg (coddled first in hot water 1 minute), mustard, lots of garlic, and optional capers, anchovies, Worcestershire, Parmesan cheese.

For additional Essential Fatty Acids, you can add coconut oil, hemp oil, omegas – just check the flavour.
Use freely on salad, vegetables, meat, fish, poultry, eggs. At least two tablespoons per day will help your intake of healthy oils.
Whether you chop ingredients or not before blending will depend on the capability of your blender. We use VitaMix, and can throw everything in whole. Contact us to receive a discount on Vita Mix, or offer Affiliate #06-003329.

The benefit of a homemade dressing is no sugar, no chemicals, no GMOs, and at the same time, get more flavour and save money! We make almost a litre at a time and keep it in the fridge, on hand cost.

You can invest in your health now, or invest in sickness later. Your choice!

Herbal Doctrine of Signatures

In herbal medicine, this is called The Doctrine of Signatures. Looking at a plant will often give clues as to the medicinal uses it offers us.  A good example is Hawthorne (Crataegus oxyacanthoides).

The berry looks very like our heart  and Hawthorne is a “thinking herb” for our heart – if the heart beat is too fast, it will calm it down; if it is too weak, it will strengthen and speed up the muscle. As a cardio-tonic it will help regulate both low and high blood pressure.

Another example is Milk Thistle (Silibum marianum) – the spiky spines protect the plant, just as Milk Thistle protects our liver.

Colours, shapes and smells are all clues that ancient humans used to understand the active benefits of God’s pharmacy.  Herbs are concentrated powerhouses of nutrition, and common fruits and vegetables are actually first degree herbs that can be and should be consumed daily for our better health.

Chapters 6 and 7 of Lorene Benoit’s book, The Paw Paw Program – A “Christopher Columbus SApproach To Cancer…The World IS Round and Cancer CAN Be Treated Naturally” includes extensive dietary recommendations critical to optimum health and prevention of chronic conditions. Here are some pictures to help you remember why these are so good for our health!

A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye… and YES, science now shows carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes.

Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart has four chambers and is red. All of the research shows tomatoes are loaded with lycopine and are indeed pure heart and blood food.

Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food.

Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums.  Even the wrinkles or folds on the nut are just like the neo-cortex. We now know walnuts help develop more than three (3) dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.

Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function and yes, they look exactly like the human kidneys.
Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb and many more look just like bones. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% calcium. If you don’t have enough calcium in your diet, the body pulls it from the bones, thus making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.
Avocadoes, Eggplant and Pears target the health and function of the womb and cervix of the female – they look just like these organs. Today’s research shows that when a woman eats one avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight, and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this?  It takes exactly nine (9) months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 photolytic chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods (mo dern science has only studied and named about 141 of them).
Figs are full of seeds and hang in twos when they grow. Figs increase the mobility of male sperm and increase the numbers of Sperm as well to overcome male sterility.
Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas and actually balance the glycemic index of diabetics.
Olives assist the health and function of the ovaries
Oranges, Grapefruits, and other Citrus fruits look just like the mammary glands of the female and actually assist the health of the breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts.
Onions look like the body’s cells. Research shows onions clear waste materials from all of the body cells. They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes. Garlic also helps eliminate waste materials and dangerous free radicals from the body.

M.N.  had not been feeling well for 5 days:

cold moving into her lungs which are susceptible to bronchitis.  Started on Lobelia that night and 2 doses the next day as well as rubbing it on her chest, throat and ears (she has had tinnitis for years, too).
She started feeling better in less than 24 hrs with just 3 doses!

Lara B. had poor digestion and severe eczema on hands for years.

She started Cat’s Claw Combination 2-3x a day, Protease Plus 1-3x/day on an empty stomach, daily super food shake with Collatrim, Chinese Mineral Chi Tonic, Flax Hull Lignans, berries, spinach and Solstic Energy.  Did separate bowel, kidney, liver cleanses and went off all grains, legumes dairy, sugar and night shades.  Digestion improved in 2-3 weeks and eczema cleared up in 8 weeks.  10 months later she is still following the diet and super food shake 1x/day.  Eczema and digestion is 98% better as long as this protocol is followed.

Lucy T. Dec 2000 – I was so unwell I couldn’t even focus to cook…..major depressive disorder, 3rd stage adrenal exhaustion, severe cognitive loss.

8. DAIRY:

Butter, Cream, Whipped Cream

Many people who cannot handle dairy due to lactose intolerance can digest the fat of milk, so can have whipped cream, heavy cream or full fat yogurt; organic is preferable to avoid the hormones and antibiotics in regular dairy.

9. BEVERAGES:

Chlorophyll and Water, Super Shakes or Smoothies, (can be used as one meal replacement per day), Vegetable Broth

10. SALAD AND VEGETABLE DRESSING :

Fresh lemon or lime or pure, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar with cold pressed olive oil or other healthy oil is essential for EFAs.

– add garlic, onions, herbs & spices to create your own healthful homemade dressing/sauce

In Lorene Benoit’s book:  The Paw Paw Program – The “Christopher Columbus” Approach to Cancer – The World IS Round and Cancer CAN Be Treated Naturally, there is an excellent dressing, “Alain’s Green Goddess Dressing“, which can be used for salads,  vegetables, grains or meats.

In this book, the sugar, yeast, candida, fungus and cancer connection are all well explained. Extensive dietary recommendations are given to help people understand how to eat better. Recipes are included.

Eliminating sugar is critical to optimum health and prevention of all chronic conditions, diseases and early detection!

This fact is finally being recognized in forward thinking mainstream medicine, but has taken over 25 years to become accepted.

11. BEANS, PEAS, LEGUMES, PULSES AND GRAINS :

Persons who adhere to strict vegetarian diets may rotate these and take small portions from the following, to supplement lots of vegetables.

Adzuki, Soy Beans, Black-eyed Peas, Black Beans, Navy, Split Peas, Kidney, Pinto, Red Beans, Lentils, Garbanzo/Chick Pea, Buckwheat, Millet, Amaranth, Quinoa, Spelt, Brown Rice, Rye,  Yellow Cornmeal, Oat Groats, Triticale

AVOID :

All sugars, (honey, molasses, maple syrup, etc.) pickled food, fermented foods, alcohol, dairy products, processed foods, yeast, wheat flour products, rancid seeds, nuts or oils, coffee, and black tea.

UPGRADING YOUR DIET AND HEALTH:

Once you are comfortable with this healthier way of eating, you can begin to “upgrade” your diet gradually with the following considerations:

  • Variety  – a wide range of colors provides vitamins, minerals, and other essential nutrients – follow the Rainbow!
  • Choose the best quality you can afford – organic and local whenever feasible; ALWAYS avoid GMO
  • Choose Blood Type foods that are Beneficial or Neutral
  • Avoid foods to which you test sensitive or allergic
  • Adjust to seasons: in  summer  fresh fruit and vegetables are abundant; this lighter diet feels much better with the hot weather.  In the winter the diet can be heavier with more proteins and oils
  • Food combining helps efficient digestion. The basics are:

– eat protein  with non starchy vegetables OR

– legumes or grains with non starchy vegetables

– limit fruit to local, seasonal and fresh; eat alone or between meals

– the less different foods combined in one meal, the better.

A good general diet over a period of a day would contain six – ten low glycemic or low carbohydrate vegetables, one protein, and one grain, with two different fruits  between meals if desired.

Naturally processed salt provides trace minerals, and has none of deleterious effects of processed salt. This means land OR sea salt that is naturally sun dried, without chemicals or high heat, has none of the trace minerals removed, and will be close to 84% sodium chloride. From p. 215 in Lorene Benoit’s book, The Paw Paw Program :

Table salt has chemicals added to make it white in colour, and to flow. Better alternatives are Bragg’s Aminos or natural salt, whether it comes from the land or the sea. It is the processing that makes salt unhealthy. Healthy (unprocessed) salt will contain 84 – 86% Sodium Chloride (NaCl) and the rest will be minerals, including Magnesium, which is deficient in North American diets. Compare this to processed salt, which is usually 98-99% NaCl, because the minerals have been removed (to be sold, leaving you with the low cost leftovers).

To understand Candida better, please read: Candida Albicans/Yeast Infections. For Candida, cancer, any serious health condition, and optimum health, this diet is critical, as well as supplementation. Even with the best possible diet, daily needs can rarely be met with food alone.

How Old Do You Think You Are?

It might surprise you, but you’re probably much younger than you think you are, according to Dr. Jonas Frisen, a stem cell biologist at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, who invented a method for estimating the age of human cells. If you’re middle-aged, Frisen estimates your average cellular age is just 10 years old or less. This is because most of your body’s tissues regenerate over your lifetime. As it turns out, according to Dr. Frisen’s novel method for estimating age, the average age of all cells in an adult’s body  is as young as seven to 10 years of age. Read on to see how the cells in the different areas of your body age…you’ll be surprised at just how young you really are!

Liver Age: 5 months

The liver is known for its amazing capacity to repair and regrow itself thanks to its rich blood supply.

“I can take 70 percent of a person’s liver away in an operation and around 90 percent of it will grow back within two months,” explains David Lloyd, liver surgeon at Leicester Royal Infirmary in England.

Taste Bud Age: 10 days

The tongue is covered with around 9,000 taste buds and each of them is a collection of cells on the surface of the tongue, each housing about 50 taste cells. The buds renew themselves approximately every ten days. However, their sensitivity can be damaged by inflammation from infections and smoking.

Brain Age: Same as your current age

Most of our cells that last a lifetime are found in the brain, explains John Wadley, consultant neurosurgeon at Barts and the London Hospital. “We are born with all the brain cells we’ll ever have—around 100 billion—and most of the brain does not regenerate as it gets older. There are, however, two areas of the brain that do regenerate,” says Mr Wadley. “The olfactory bulb that governs our sense of smell, and the hippocampus, which is an area for learning and memory.”

Heart Age: 20 years

Until recently it was thought the heart couldn’t renew itself. However, a study at New York Medical College found it is actually dotted with stem cells that constantly rejuvenate it—at least three or four times over a lifetime, says researchers.

Lung Age: 2-3 weeks

The cells in the lungs constantly renew themselves, explains Dr Keith Prowse, vice-president of the British Lung Foundation.

However, the lungs contain different cells that renew at different rates. The alveoli or air sac cells deep in the lungs have a steady progress of regeneration that takes about a year. Meanwhile, the cells on the lungs’ surface have to renew every two or three weeks. “These are the lungs’ first line of defence, so have to be able to renew quickly,” says Dr Prowse. The lung disease emphysema can prevent this regeneration as it begins with the destruction of the alveoli, which creates permanent ‘holes’ in the walls of the lungs.

Eye Age: Same as your current age

Your eyes are one of the few body parts that don’t really change during your life. The only part that is constantly being renewed is the cornea, the transparent top layer. If this is damaged, it can recover in as little as 24 hours, says Dr Rob Hogan, president of the College of Optometrists.

Skin Age: 2-4 weeks

The epidermis or surface layer of the skin is renewed every two to four weeks. This rapid turnover occurs because skin is the body’s outer protection and is exposed to injury as well as pollution. Despite this constant renewal, we still get wrinkles as we get older. That’s because the skin loses collagen and its elasticity as you age.

Bone Age: 10 years

The skeleton is constantly replacing itself, explains Dr Peter Selby, an osteoporosis expert based at Manchester Royal Infirmary. It takes around ten years to do this completely. At any one time we have a mixture of old and new bone as the turnover rates differ throughout the body.

Intestine Age: 2-3 days

Your intestines are lined with villi— tiny, finger-like branches that increase the surface area and help the intestine to absorb nutrients. They have a very high turnover rate and can be replaced every two to three days, explains Tom MacDonald, professor of immunology at Barts and the London Medical School. A protective layer of mucus membrane also lines the intestine, that renews itself every three to five days.

Red Blood Cell Age: 4 months

Blood cells carry oxygen to living tissue and carry away waste. They wear out every four months, after which the liver removes any remaining iron that is needed for healthy red blood cells before the remaining cell is destroyed in the spleen. Since they can also be lost through injury and menstruation, the body is constantly making more.

Hair Age: 3-6 years

The age of your hair depends on how long it is, but it generally grows 1 cm each month, explains hair restoration  surgeon, Dr Bessam Farjo. Each individual hair lasts up to six years in women and three years in men. Eyebrows and eyelashes are renewed every six to eight weeks, but a repeatedly plucked brow stops growing because plucking disrupts the growth cycle.

So what’s the benefit of knowing all this? One thing is that with proper nutrition, assimilation and elimination, we CAN BE GROWING YOUNGER AND HEALTHIER!

Nutrition means providing the body with all the building blocks required for health: vitamins, minerals, amino acids and essential fatty acids! Many articles on this blog can help you to do that. Super Foods and Shakes are one way to help the busy person eat concentrated nutrition.

As well, extensive dietary recommendations and some recipes to help you understand how to eat better, eliminate sugar  are  included In Lorene Benoit’s book: The Paw Paw Program – A “Christopher Columbus” Approach to Cancer – The World IS Round and Cancer CAN Be Treated Naturally. 2nd Edition is going to be ready by June 1st. Assimilation means having sufficient enzymes to support good digestion, and helping the digestive system to stay tuned up!

Elimination means having 1- 3 good bowel movements every day of your life by drinking enough water and eating enough fibre to ensure this happens.

Spring Cleansing is one healthy way to improve both assimilation and elimination.
